A very nice place to stay!

We stayed at the Apartments Tomic and we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was very well equipped and tidy and clean to 100%. The view from our terrace was fantastic and we saw the sun going down into the water for the first time at our stay in Croatia. We stayed only one night because our plane left the next day and we are sorry about that. The Catvat town was very nice. From the apartment it was easy to get to Dubrovnik or to Cavtat by bus. The busstop just outside, downhill from the apartment. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and they gave us a ride to the airport and we had a very nice breakfast in their diningroom! We felt very well taken care of!

The most relaxing and pleasant holday I've ever had!

I had a wonderful stay in the smallest out of the 3 flats at Apartments Tomic in Cavtat. The flat is well equipped and clean. The only negative thing is that the flat has no big window with a view, but the owner is keen to build one. The hosts are the most magnificent, hospitable and the kindest people you can find on the planet. Niksa and Ivanka Tomic are always there to help you if you need any assistance. While on holiday at Apartments Tomic I was treated to delicious figs and grapes by the Tomics from their garden.
Cavtat is a post-card village with the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic sea. There are lots of gift stores in Cavtat where you can find pretty souveniers. If you like walking, sun bathing and admiring the surrounding nature, then this is the right place for you. I will definitely go back to Cavtat again.

The Perfect Finish

We spent the last two nights of our Croatian holiday at Apartments Tomic. Nothing was too much to ask for from hosts Ivanka, Niksa and Maro. They were generous with their time (quick to visit and keenly interested to share Croatia and learn from us about our home too), rides (from the ferry terminal, to the airport) and fruit from their garden (positively the best grapes we've ever had!).
The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the cozy balconie was amazing. There was also a large comfortable bed.
We truly enjoyed our two weeks in Croatia. Having the opportunity to stay in apartments such as this helped make the vacation very special. We would not hesitate to stay in the Tomic again. Thank you again Ivanka, Niksa and Maro.

Nice apartment, great view, wonderful hosts

Stayed in apartment A in June 09. The apartment was very pleasant, well furnished with good kitchen area, good size bedroom (with a huge - and comfortable-bed) and small furnished balcony with a great view. Also a terrace with wooden table and chairs. It's about a 10 minute walk downhill to the nearest beach area and restaurant/bar, a further 15 minutes or so around the bay to the centre of Cavtat - best idea is to walk down then catch the bus back, buses are frequent and cheap , and the Cavtat to Dubrovnik bus stop is close to the apartment, although it's then a short but steep incline up to the apartment so unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. The apartment owners, Ivanka and Nikola, are wonderful, very friendly and could not be more helpful.

We have stayed in Apartments Tomic at least twice a year for the last 5 years and have brought our extended family to stay also. Cavtat and its surrounding area is the most beautiful and peaceful place in the world - quite uncommercialised, lovely people, fabulous swimming and walking. Apartments Tomic are in the ideal location - 4 minutes from the airport, a short and very pleasant walk into Cavtat along the sea front and easy access to Dubrovnik by car, bus or sea taxi (which is our favourite way to get there). Niksa and Ivanka who own the apartments are extremely friendly and helpful and always make the stay extra special with their hospitality. Our (now five year old) son loves staying there and especially likes swimming in the sea (and playing football with Niksa in nearby Plat). We would highly recommend staying here.

What a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and just minutes from the old city. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. All in all, I would happily recommend it to anyone.

Totally Different

The apartments are away from the rat race of tourism yet give all the comfort that anyone could ask. The proprietors live next door and speak English which is great. They could not be more helpful or hospitable.
